Quick Strawberry Banana Smoothies

This is one of my favorites. Quick, easy, and great just about any time of the day: breakfast, snack, desert, after a workout.

1 Banana*
Frozen Strawberries (about 8oz)
Orange Juice (about 10oz)


Add a banana, a couple handfuls of strawberries, and cover with OJ in a blender.

Blend.



Enjoy.




Other Tips:

- I keep the bananas frozen because so they stay longer. Just peel and put in the freezer.*
- Add a scope of vanilla protein powder to it for a post-workout boost.
- Mix it up with other frozen fruits and juices. I have added cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, apple juice, cranberry juice. All good.
- Add vanilla yogurt or ice cream and make it a desert.
